Tarts and Pies:
- Coconut pecan tart— a customer favorite, this chewy-topped tart blends a traditional pecan filling with coconut.
- Traditional pumpkin pie – made from baked down pumpkins, hints of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
- Southern Sweet Potato pie – made from three types of sweet potatoes in a gingersnap crust.
Available in 9″ round ($17.00) or individual 4.5″ tart ($4.50). Minimum order for the smaller tarts is 4.
Brownies and Bars
- Mexican hot chocolate brownies
- Mint chocolate chip bars
- Lemon ginger bars (one of WBS’ most popular winter items!)
Brownies and bars are available for $18.00 for a 9×12 tray (approximately 2 dozen bars or brownies)
Truffles:
- Four Roses bourbon truffles rolled in toasted pecans
- Mexican hot chocolate truffles rolled in toasted almonds
- Plain dark chocolate truffles rolled in toasted coconut
Truffles are $18.00 per 2 dozen. Minimum order is 2 dozen per type.
Cookies:
- Snickerdoodles
- Oatmeal chocolate chip
- Oatmeal currant
- Gingersnap
- Mexican wedding cookies (butter almond cookies tossed in powdered sugar)
- Pumpkin with spiced glaze
Cookies are $18.00 per two dozen with a mimum of two dozen per type.
Scones:
Why not treat yourself, your family, or your bookclub with these seasonal scones? $11.50 per half dozens. Choice of one type per 1/2 dozen.
